Elégance Fall 2009 Makeup Collection

Elégance will release its fall 2009 makeup collection in Japan on August 18th. The collection focuses on plums and deep warm neutrals.

The new items include:

- Eyeshadow palettes (4 new variations, above)

- Cool Eye Color (2 new shades)

- Sweet Dew Rouge (4 new shades)



- Nail Color (4 new shades)
